DIY Sensory Bottles

Sensory bottles are a crowd favourite in the Puberty Plus program for all involved. Our 500mL screw top plastic bottles are the perfect size to keep at home or at school as a calming strategy for those big feelings.

You will also need to purchase:

• Hair gel
• Super Glue
• Items to put in the bottle eg glitter, buttons, lego pieces, beads etc
